Our House

This superbly situated luxury two bedroom semi-detached corner house is situated on the outskirts of the charming seaside village of Alcossebre on Spain's picturesque Orange Blossom Coast. Breathtaking views of the mountains can be enjoyed from the roof terrace. Beaches are within a pleasant easy walking distance, and the village centre is 20 minutes walk from the complex. Golf facilities are a short drive away. Numerous friendly bars and restaurants are close by, where local specialities including paella can be enjoyed.

Spacious Lounge/Diner:

Lounge has doors leading out onto patio area. Well furnished lounge. Comfortable sofa and leather tub chair. Dining area has table with seating for 4 people.
Air conditioning.

Kitchen:

Kitchen with Hob/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave and all cooking equipment and crockery.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has excellent quality king size bed and view of swimming pool and garden. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has excellent quality twin beds. Air conditioning.
Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms:

2 fully equipped bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Bathroom downstairs is with shower and bathroom upstairs is with bath/shower.

Linen and Towels:

Linen and towels are provided for 4 guests and are changed weekly. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

Further Details:

The house is serviced prior to arrival. Smoking outside only. No pets.

Outside

Roof terrace with the benefit of 360 degree views of surrounding area. Private patio furnished with table and 4 chairs. From the patio area access to the gardens and swimming pool. The pool has a small shallow end for young children. There is a private parking space at the front of the house.

Coast/Beach

There are 5 beaches in Alcossebre and the nearest one is a 10 minutes walk. All 5 have been awarded the EEC Blue Flag and range from busy, with water sports and volley ball, to quiet.

Booking Notes

£100 per week non refundable deposit required on booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival with a security deposit of £200 to cover any damages.
This will be returned within 7 days of your return after inspection.

Travel

At present, Ryan Air fly twice a day to Reus from London Stansted and from Dublin. Very good deals are available at all times of the year. Easyjet, BA and most other major airlines also fly regularly to Valencia and Barcelona airports. Car rental is recommended to explore this beautiful and unspoiled coastline.

Further Details

The Orange Blossom Coast has miles of beautiful beaches, and secret coves. It also has one of the most mountainous regions in Spain, with medieval villages and outstanding landscapes. This area is well renowned for its orange and almond groves. In January/February the almond trees come into blossom and in May it's 'Orange Blossom Time'.

Alcossebre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are cash points and banks and English speaking GP's, dentists and pharmacies.

Vinaros is the local fishing port town, bringing in fresh fish every day with King Prawns a local speciality. The ‘Mercato’ is where you can purchase fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and is colourful with a wonderful atmosphere.

Visit Peniscola old town along the coast with walls and fortifications surrounding the white washed houses and Peniscola Castle. Peniscola has 7 kilometres of beautiful beaches with a lively atmosphere and many night spots.

Benicarlo is also a seafaring town with the Nautical Resort providing a great variety of water sports including canoeing, sailing, snorkling, diving and water skiing.

There is top flight Spanish football at Villareal, Valencia and Levante.
