I hate the times when I’m not in the mood to workout and clock watch until it’s over, but somehow with this I don’t, which in all honesty I’m really surprised about. At least with this DVD (I don’t know many others apart from Davina’s first one from years ago which just made me cringe) I can pick out of the 3 min workouts what I want to do and I don’t have to get in a funny position to see the TV.

The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, so if you keep flushing your system out, you don't feel as hungover, which means you won't have cravings! I struggled with the windowscreen wipers as anything where I need to move my legs and work my tummy muscle at the same time, really challenges me!Personally I am quite excited to dot back and forth from her 3 Minute Belly Blitz to her 3 Minute Bum Blitz and see what happens…! A sense of achievement checking off each number is quite an unknown feeling with other fitness DVDs. We have twists with your legs up or for an easier option keep your legs down, then onto planks that require you to touch your shoulder.

Bum 3 is the hardest, with keeping your arms crossed you take the leg behind, get down then back up again.After two weeks of implementing short 10-20min workouts every day as well as little family walks I'm finally seeing some differences. You make some great points about weight not being important but how you look, I have always said that. You have a bit more of dance vibe here to really keep the cool down smooth and obviously the required stretches!Although my fitness level has deteriorated since last year, I managed to complete all twelve rounds in one go without pausing the DVD.
